Traffic Rules for Cyclists

Hometown Holiday Lights in Burns Park 

 The 10th annual “Hometown Holiday Lights in Burns Park” is scheduled for November 26th through December 30th.  Families are able to enjoy holiday lights in a drive through setting along Funland Drive. 

56 displays will be set-up along Funland Drive beginning at the Softball Complex and continuing down Funland Drive ending at Military Drive. 

The hours of the displays will be daily from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. 

Admission will be $5 per car, $10 per multi-passenger van or $20 per motorcoach.

Holiday Lights Festival

The Annual Holiday Lights Festival is usually held the second Saturday in December from 5:00-8:00pm at the Burns Park Softball Complex parking lot.

Children and Adults of all ages can participate in various games, play with new toys, and participate in activities based on the upcoming Holiday Season.

Photo opportunities available with Santa and Dasher.

This event is free to the public.

Dashin' Thru the Lights 

Get Up, Get Out and run, or walk, or stroll your way through the Hometown Holiday Lights in Burns Park at the Annual "Dashin' Thru the Lights" being held December 8th from 5:00-6:00pm.

This is the one night you can run/walk/crawl/even bring the dog or cat thru the light displays.  The display is about one mile (one way) and you can complete the course as many times as you like during the event.  Wheelchairs and strollers are welcome at any time during the event. Leashed pets will be welcome after 5:15pm.  A shuttle will be available at the end of the display to return you to the parking lot (unless you want to walk back through the lights).

Cost is $5 per person and $10 per family.

Registration/check-in begins at 4:30 pm at the Burns Park Softball Complex parking lot.
