PUNT, PASS & KICK (National Football League)

When: September

What: The NFL Pepsi PUNT, PASS & KICK program is a national skills competition for boys and girls between the ages of 8 -15 to compete separately against their peers.

Who: Youth ages 6-15

Pitch, Hit & Run (Major League Baseball & Pepsi)

When: April

What: Each person will compete in each of three areas (pitching, hitting, and running).
There are four levels of competition: Locals, Sectionals, Team Championships, and National Finals.
Awards for Locals will be given to All-Around Champion, All-Around Runner-Up, All-Around Third Place, Pitching Champion, Hitting Champion, and Running Champion.  The All-Around Champion, Pitching Champion, Hitting Champion, and Running Champion will advance to the Sectional Competition.

Who: This competition is free and open to youth ages 7-14. Boys and girls will compete together in four age groups (8 & under, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14).

Easter Egg Hunt at Burns Park

When: Day before Easter (9-11am)

Where: Burns Park (Pavilion #10)

What: NLRPR's Annual Easter Egg Hunt with thousands of eggs.  Youth will 'hunt' eggs in groups according to age.  Drawings will be held throughout the event for door prizes.  Coloring areas, photos with the Easter Bunny (bring your camera), and more

Who: Youth ages 1-9

Hershey's Track & Field Games

When: May

Where: North Little Rock High School West Campus Track

What: Hershey's Track & Field Program was created over 30 years ago to promote youth physical fitness and provide fun learning experiences for children. 
Children compete in up to three events.  Events include 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600 meter runs, 400 meter relays, long jump, and softball throw.
Winners of the local games will be eligible to compete in the state games (held in central Arkansas).

Who: Youth ages 9-14
